In case you missed the memo, this past Sunday - April 24th - A.sweeT. was featured on an episode of Extreme Makeover Home Edition. Although our appearance may have been brief (an hour of shooting - and only few moments on air!); we are so happy that we were part of something so special.
Extreme Makeover is an amazing show that truly transforms and touches people’s lives. We were thrilled to have met the Hill Family, and we were flattered to be part of such a special experience for them.
The Hill Family is comprised of Mom, Beverly Hill (hence, the vacation in Beverly Hills), Dad, Fred Burdette, and their six adopted girls; all of whom have big hearts and the sweetest demeanor. Through fostering her six children, Beverly has made sure to teach her girls the importance of sharing, giving, and loving. In fact, aside from fostering her six children, Beverly has also dedicated her life to giving and helping the homeless. She’s has made it her life’s work. Wow. If only more people thought like her!
Needless to say, it was amazing to meet Beverly Hill and her precious family (A.sweeT. Team and Hill Family pictured above). We loved seeing them have so much fun, while getting a taste of A.sweeT.
We wish the family all the best and send them all of our love. They were an extremely deserving family of their Extreme Home Makeover.
