Blake lively stunned this past weekend while at previews of Chanel’s Cruise collection; but we have to say, it was Rachel Bilson who caught our eye. There’s something about Bilson that is just so captivating…

First of all, her beauty is undeniable. She’s gorgeous. And, she’s natural. Secondly, her style. Um. It’s flawless. No matter where she is, or what she is doing, she always looks so sweet and so chic.

But, I think the best thing about Bilson is that despite how stunning and perfectly put together she is, she just seems so approachable. Her beauty seems effortless. And her style, is so relatable. Don’t get me wrong - I would kill for her closet; but she does not dress to make an over the top statement. She dresses for herself. She knows what suits her and what she’s comfortable in. And, with that knowledge and confidence, she is always impeccable. In our humble opinion, that is what makes a true style icon. She is one of ours at A.sweeT. 

We, like Bilson, love fashion - but believe that it needs to be relatable, approachable, and fun. Oh, Rachel how you inspire us. Wanna be best friends? We think we could be BFF’s forever.

Princess Bride

Ok. So, I have never really been one of those girls who, when she was wee, dreamed about a big fancy, fairy tale wedding. I think, I was too busy chasing soccer balls, scraping my knee, and thinking of all the ways that I could get my hands on a big pile of candy or a big scoop of ooey-gooey ice cream.

However, now that I am all grown up, I am a sophisticated lady (or so I think…), I have traded in my cleats for platform heels (Giuseppe do I love you), and I have experienced what its like to be in love - I finally see what the big fuss is all about.

Hello? Was I totally obsessed with the Royal Wedding? You bet your candy buttons.
